About committee

As per the UGC Guidelines, the college has established IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) with Principal as Chairperson, five senior teachers as members, two experts as members from outside, one senior administrative staff, and Convenor as Member Secretary. The main function of the committee is the planning of quality related future course of action plan and monitoring the implementation of action plan by all the departments for each academic year, Sending AQAR report to NAAC, verification of departmental records and consolidation of API Scores etc.,

IQAC Committee activities



Obtaining Feedback from Students, Alumni, Parents

Details of activity

Annually Lecturer wise feedback is obtained from the concerned students confidentially in a prescribed format by the IQAC Committee and the same is consolidated and placed before the Principal for necessary action.
Since 2015-16, feed back is taken from Alumni, Parents on Teaching – Learning and Evaluation , Curriculum and on student support services in a prescribed format by the IQAC Committee and consolidated .

Feed back is consolidated and recorded.


The overall opinion about the faculty is Good.


Consolidation of Academic activities for AQAR report.

Details of activity

Every year activities of individual departments are collected in a prescribed format and consolidated them for Institutional AQAR report to be sent to NAAC, Bangalore.

3. Activity-III

Collection and Consolidation of API Scores of individual Lecturer.

Details of activity

As per the guidelines of CCE the API scores of each individual lecturer has been collected and scrutiny has been made by the IQAC team before the principal and the final scores are ratified by the Principal to upload in the CCE website.

4. Activity -IV

Every academic year preparation of Institutional plan criterion wise and Academic Calender.

5. Activity – V

Conducting Work shops , Seminars relating to IQAC .
